You're eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

• Coach does not respond to your messages for more than 24 hours;
• Coach didn't show up for the session.

In other cases, refunds are not provided.

GetCoach.poker platform cooperates only with proven and reliable coaches. If you have any complaints about the quality of services, please contact us, we will consider your application on an individual basis.
