Randomizer or RNG is a random number generator. In poker, it is used by players to follow GTO frequencies. In GTO it is often suggested to play hands using a mixed strategy.
For example, you made an open raise on the Button position with Ace-Queen suited and faced a 3-bet from the Small Blind. It’s suggested by GTO to 4bet in 80% cases and call in 20% cases. So every time you end up in that spot in a real game, you can generate a new random number from 1 to 100 and make a decision based on this number. If a randomly generated number is from 1 to 80 you should 4bet, if it’s from 81 to 100 you can call.
